The traditional rules and mechanics of classic card, board, and parlor games exist in the public domain. However, all proprietary source code, user interfaces, original graphics, audio, animations, and the Unicorn Games trademark are the exclusive intellectual property of Unicorn Games LLC.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the site responsibly. You must not attempt to circumvent security controls, deploy automated scrapers or bots without prior written consent, inject malicious code, or manipulate game state or leaderboards.

5. Simulated Gaming & Social Entertainment (No Real-Money Gambling)

All games available on Unicorn Games, including Blackjack 21 and other card games, are strictly simulated social entertainment experiences created solely for casual enjoyment and strategy practice. The platform does not offer real-money gambling, cash payouts, or tangible real-world prizes.
